01 / Why Ascendify
I built Ascendify for one reason: completing the activity isn't the same as being able to use it. People can read the information, tick the box and still struggle when the real decision comes. Ascendify closes that gap, for participants, for the practitioners who support them, and for the providers accountable for results.
02 / Jermaine's experience
I've spent over 20 years in recruitment and business, including building and running a multi-site recruitment business, and multiple years in employability delivery and practice. That gives me the employer's, the participant's and the provider's view of the same problem.
03 / How we work
Every piece of work starts with one question: what needs to change, and for whom? For participants, it's using what they learn when it matters. For practitioners, it's sharper judgement about what each person needs. For providers, it's a service that performs consistently. Our Masterclasses, Professional Development and Consultancy answer that question at each level, and they're built to work together.
04 / Our standard
Employability is changing. AI can write a polished application in seconds, but it can't make the judgement for you. And the question providers face is shifting from who attended to what changed. I hold Ascendify to that standard. Every piece of work has to earn its place, challenge weak thinking and stand up in practice. If it doesn't help someone make a better decision, it doesn't make the cut.
